These are my favourite coffee body scrubs of 2018. Coffee scrubs are remarkable because they’re usually inexpensive and work really well. I love these because of their dual purpose of physically exfoliating your skin whilst moisturising at the same time to leave your skin baby soft. Scrub away dry skin, boost circulation and perform your own lymphatic drainage in the comfort of your home without having to pay for a spa day. Experience the best exfoliation of your life and get rid of dry skin for life!
In addition to this, scrubbing your body before applying fake tan will give you a streak free, bronzed glow. We all know fake tan looks incredible when it looks even, not patchy. Coffee body scrub is your grainy friend who’ll even out your skin tone before you fake tan and also later down the track when your tan is starting to fade.
This medical journal stated that caffeine promoted the lipolytic action on fatty tissue, acting as a complement to treat cellulite. This means that coffee can essentially break down fat. Evidence suggests that coffee has the ability to reduce the appearance of cellulite temporarily, thus making skin appear tighter.
Additional research has shown that coffee can aid in reversing sun damage. Caffeine has potent antioxidant properties. It helps protect cells against the UV radiation and the action of the coffee slows down the process of photoaging of the skin. The antioxidants in coffee can help soothe redness and inflammation from breakouts. Coffee body scrub has the potential to boost collagen production and fight against free radicals in the skin.
Pretty awesome stuff, right?

This is currently my favourite blend! This scrub smells like absolute heaven and made my skin super soft and glowy. I have no issues whatsoever using this on my face as well as my body. Cover and scrub your body with this delicious vanilla coffee mix. Two handfuls is recommended, but I find that one handful is enough for to cover my body in the shower.

To be completely frank (hehe) this brand put coffee body scrubs on my radar. They developed great content strategies on social media and created their coffee scrub, which absolutely exploded in 2015 and turned $5000 into $20 million. Jess and Bree are a force to be reckoned with and their coffee body scrub is amazing. The Frank Body products have super fun packaging and the product leaves your skin so smooth.
I love everything mint scented so this coffee body scrub is the perfect refreshment for your skin. The coffee and the mint are a knockout combo for revitalising the skin on your body. Grounded is another great brand offering body coffee scrubs in so many different flavours and scents. This brand is popular in America and the UK. It was launched with the hopes to treat eczema and quickly turned into a beauty business.
Le Labo is incredibly chic and their fragrances are a testament to that. This coffee scrub is no different, so if you’re looking for a more luxurious way to scrub away winter skin, look no further! The coffee scent is strong, so it’s a perfect way to wakeup before even taking a sip of coffee. Instantly awaken dry and ashy skin.
We all have an idea of the benefits for your face, and skin on your body. What about your hair and scalp? I’ve tried applying the coffee scrub mixture to the scalp before washing hair as normally with shampoo and conditioner. I think it’s awesome for gentle exfoliation and I’m waiting to see any further results with hair growth.
